Approval of budget and election of officers—Program:  Barbara Goodling will present “If Only Coins Could Talk:  Berks County’s Contribution to the World of Coins.” She will talk about all aspects of coin history which was previously presented at the Berks History Center.  Public is welcome to the program. This program is in conjunction with Home Arts
